A Huntington Beach man "marked a milestone of superhero proportions" on Thursday when he visited Disneyland for the 2,000th consecutive day, the resort announced. It makes him happy.

DISNEY is well used to obsessed fans but one fanatical fella has topped them all by visiting its California theme park 2,000 days in a row.

While he enjoys numerous iconic rides, music and cast members, his favorite is ride is the one he rode when he was 2 years old with his mother, the Matterhorn Bobsleds, KNBC reported.

And in case you're wondering, 2,000 visits in a row comes out to about five and a half years!

The Huntington Beach man is a Disneyland Annual Passholder who says he never gets exhausted of going to the theme park.

'It was something to do to keep things fun, ' Reitz told the Orange County Register. Reitz started visiting the park every day when he was unemployed and wanted to keep his spirits up.

About the Disneyland Resort - The Disneyland Resort features two spectacular theme parks - Disneyland (the original Disney theme park) and Disney California Adventure Park - plus three hotels and the Downtown Disney District, comprising unique dining, entertainment and shopping experiences.

For food, Reitz has tried about everything, but calls Pizza Port his "go to place" for the pasta and soft drinks. Reitz, an Air Force veteran, credits the parks with giving him something to look forward to each day, noting that he enjoys hearing the music as he enters, interacting with the friendly park cast members, and watching the park guests having a good time. "With the summer time crowds and the heat I tell people to relax and have fun".

Reitz said he plans to continue the streak for as long as he can.

How can he afford to go every day considering the ticket prices can top more than $100 a day? That's when his current annual pass expires.
