When Apple releases iOS 11 in the autumn, it's going to leave a handful of older iDevices behind.

New Apple Watch Sport and Classic Buckle bands became available on apple.com and will be available during the 5-11 June week at Apple Stores, selected Apple Authorized Resellers and carriers in the United States and over 35 countries and regions.

IPad Pro features cameras similar to iPhone 7, it sports a 12-megapixel rear camera with optical image stabilization and f/1.8 aperture.

WWDC 2017: Apple unveiled the all-new App Store, designed from the ground up to make discovering apps and games easier.

It also says that users can expect more curated content such as compelling stories, in-depth interviews, helpful tips and collections of must-have apps and games daily.

Those who want quicker access to content on their iPhone will be pleased with the update to the Control Centre, which will have all the features on one page, along with new sliders. Apple Pencil is more deeply integrated into iPad with support for inline drawing and a new Instant Notes feature opens Notes from the Lock Screen by simply tapping Apple Pencil on the display.

Six microphones can pick up voice commands and Siri can learn a listener's preferences, send messages, update news and weather and act as a smart home hub.

One feature people are particularly excited about is Siri's new voice - the update will give Siri a more natural male and female voice, as well as a new visual interface. Siri will also be able to translate English into Spanish, French, German, Chinese and Italian. For instance, if you delete a message within the app on your iPhone, the change will reflect immediately on your other devices.

In Photos, Memory movies are now optimized to play in both portrait and landscape orientation, and more memories, such as photos of pets or birthdays, are automatically created.

Maps of airports and shopping arcades will also be coming, for those who use the Maps app.

The browser's new "intelligent tracking prevention", meanwhile, will use machine learning to identify and block digital-ad trackers in order to keep advertisers from following and profiling users.

Apple also introduced a brand new Files, file management app for the iPad Pro which supports nested folders, spring-loading, list view, favourites, search, tags and a recents view along with supporting iCloud and even third-party storage providers which can be accessed from the sidebar.

As claimed by the company, iOS 11 comes with a truck load of new features and upgrades over its predecessor in terms of efficiency and more.
