With its Windows 10 being used by a a record 500 million devices globally, IT giant Microsoft today announced an update of the operating system created to set the stage for the next "wave of creativity".

Microsoft revealed a slew of announcements on the second-day of its annual Build developers conference in Seattle. Be it a photo, map link, paragraph, or even an animated gif, you can copy all these from the desktop and paste on a phone, as the familiar Clipboard is now cloud-powered. Sure, Microsoft had to pester and annoy many people to upgrade, but now there are that many more users who will get the newly announced Fall Creators Update.

Similar to Timeline, the new Clipboard lets you work among Windows and non-Windows devices. This would allow Windows users to resume their sessions on multiple devices, whether they are using a secondary Android or iOS device in addition to a Windows PC.

Switching between apps in Windows 10 has always been easy thanks to Task View, but now there will be a timeline aspect to it as well - so you can effectively get back to where you were, even if it was on another Windows 10 PC.

Story Remix is a new way to transform photos and videos using I and deep learning to organize and transform your photos and videos into stories.
