Kapil Mishra hints at another 'big disclosure'

As Mishra's fast progressed, a man from among the crowd slapped him in the evening, shouting: "He (Mishra) has betrayed the party".

Hours after posting an open letter to Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, suspended AAP leader Kapil Mishra on Tuesday went to the CBI office to register a complaint against him and other party leaders.

Senior Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader Sanjay Singh on Wednesday rubbished the allegations levelled against the party by former Cabinet minister Kapil Mishra.

Meanwhile, Mishra has also alleged that he received a phone call from overseas in which he was threatened to be killed.

"Last night I was threatened by some unidentified people who said I will be shot".

A case has been registered for voluntarily causing hurt and criminal intimidation and police are trying to find out more details about Bhardwaj.

Police said he was sitting on the hunger strike and suddenly stood up when doctors came for Mishra's medical check-up. But the Aam Aadmi Party has alleged that Ankit Bharadwaj is a member of a BJP youth wing. He was removed as Delhi water minister hours before he made his allegations public.

Earlier in the day, Tiwari accused the AAP and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal of lying to the poll panel by not revealing the exact amount of funds it received through donations.

"He is part of the Bharatiya Yuva Morcha..." The AAP leader said at a time when the country was facing serious internal and external security threats, the only priority for the BJP and the central government was to 'finish off the AAP. It seems ironical since the Kejriwal-led AAP government in Delhi had itself ordered a probe in the alleged scam in 2015.

"It is a conspiracy of BJP to tarnish AAP's image and destabilise the party", Singh said, adding that his party "condemns" the attack.
