Indiana Pacers' Paul George, left, reaches for the ball as Cleveland Cavaliers' LeBron James drives to the basket in overtime during an NBA basketball game, Sunday, April 2, 2017, in Cleveland.

"I had good intentions but [I was] a little bit too demonstrative at that point in the game", James said. Especially Double T worked hard for our team, he's a big-time player for our team.

LeBron James has issued a publicly apology to Tristan Thompson for the heated argument that the two got in during last night's double overtime win over the Pacers.

Sunday's game between the Cleveland Cavaliers and Indiana Pacers, a pair of desperate teams, had it all, including plenty of evidence highlighting how important the game was to both. The Cavaliers need something, anything, positive while trying to put a terrible March in the rearview mirror and regain their championship form."We need any one", James said when asked about the importance of the win. "A little miscommunication. Move forward".

In the second overtime we were treated to a continued duel between two of the best small forwards in the league.

James didn't only have words with Thompson.

Cousins had downplayed his first meeting with the team that drafted him in 2010 and traded him away this February, but his play looked inspired. Shaq is an all-time great and the most dominant player to ever play this game.

Apparently, the Bulls have won 20 straight games on the TNT Thursday night games. By the time he returned, the Pacers were staring at a three-point deficit, as the Pacers were outscored, 15-7.The second time around was equally as rough. In the final 3:54 of the third quarter, the Cavs outscored the Pacers, 9-6. "The King" was reportedly upset with Thompson about defensive coverage on Paul George, who torched the defending champs with 43 points. "How do you guys grow from that moving forward?"

On the play involving George's three-pointer, it appeared that Thompson was supposed to - or at least, James thought Thompson was supposed to - either switch onto George, or hedge on the pick to prevent George from getting the easy three-point look. The Cavs have one more back-to-back set in the regular season following the game in Boston. Got each other's back always. It was only the fourth win in the last 15 games for NY. The Cavs need to be united before setting off what promises to be a much tougher road through the East, where teams like the Celtics, Washington Wizards and even the Chicago Bulls, who went 4-0 against the Cavs this season, don't fear James and Co. So I take full responsibility for that, as the leader of this team.

"They were just able to get out into the open court", Sixers coach Brett Brown said. Also getting no minutes in the overtime period was Lance Stephenson, who made his Pacers re-debut tonight, bringing vintage fight and court vision to an in team that seemed lifted by his energy. Cavs coach Tyronn Lue walked over and grabbed his hand and seemed to be trying to get him and James to work out their differences.

"Well, that shows you that we care about our defense", Lue said.
