Anne Hathaway back in 'Colossal' independent comedy

Anne Hathaway is opening up about the challenges of filming the intense fight scenes in her new film, Colossal, while pregnant with 1-year-old son Jonathan.

The Golden Globe victor also expressed that although the negativity was tough it has helped her grow as a person. "I'm ready for it to be implied, not overtly stated", the Interstellar actress told Jezebel. "I felt like I had broken a seal in inviting people into my life".

The actress is acutely aware that portions of society have completely weird and unfounded issues with her, and apparently she's asked about it during nearly every interview-and said as much during a chat with Jezebel. I think it's weird that it continues to be talked about a little bit. That said, we're glad that she's moved on from all the drama, but the period of Hathaway hate remains as an ugly reminder that society still has a great deal of work to do when it comes to the way we view women in the workplace, regardless of industry. I am ... not eager, but I am ready for the conversation to move to a place beyond it. "Think about it. They blow it out!" she said of her disheartened feelings while putting together the bash for her son Jonathan, whom she welcomed with husband Adam Shulman a year ago. "I'm happy to post them on Instagram Stories, because I feel like I can be a little freer and a little looser, but the Instagram stuff... it's going to stick around for as long as anybody cares to look for what is there". And to that extent, I feel like I got to shortcut a lot of my growth.

At least, she did until just a few weeks ago, when she posted the first-ever image of her (then) almost 1-year-old son Jonathan (dad is her husband, Adam Shulman) on Instagram.

A firm believer in keeping her private life out of the spotlight, Hathaway broke her self-imposed privacy when she posted a photo of her son on Instagram last month, an adorable pic of 11-month-old son Jonathan watching his mom deliver her speech to the United Nations on International Women's Day.

Anne Hathaway knows she's a public figure, but the star of "Colossal" has done her best to keep her growing family out of the spotlight as much as possible. "I'm a big believer that you gotta mess things up sometimes to really see them properly, so if I made a mistake or I messed up, I know how I feel about it much better now".

That one time Anne wore that sheer black shirt with no bra is pretty much the high point of her hotness. Instagram, when I first started, it was so much fun.
