But this may be handy for some (like myself) who tend to work off of both Android and iOS throughout the day. It's available for the iPhone 6 and later, and will allegedly be available for the new wave of iPhones coming in 2017 within a month of their release. However, if you follow the correct method for the goal, you will save a lot of time.

The company, which has already smashed its $95,000 target on Kickstarter, has launched the Eye smartphone case, which rather than being a typical iPhone case is essentially a full blown Android handset, which even includes a 5 inch AMOLED screen that attaches to the user's iPhone. The best part? It runs stock Android 7.1 Nougat, the latest version of the OS. The Eye is touted as a smart iPhone case that will deliver a pure Android experience to anyone on the lookout for such a contraption on their iPhone. Its battery extends your phone's battery life, too, and enables wireless charging via Qi - you can stick the Eye on a compatible pad and it'll charge your iPhone. Check out the Eye case in action in the following clip. Even so, one would have to argue that at least it is still a better deal than the $5,500 golden crocodile leather iPhone case now being sold by Paris fashion designer Louis Vuitton!

Furthermore, they promise that an app can be used to back-up iPhone pictures and videos to a microSD card, where they can be accessed using any Android file explorer, and that those files are transferred via the iPhone's Lightning connector at speeds of up to 130MB per second. And just as you read above, it is literally a case with a screen at the back running Android by itself. And not just these two there are many other who have attempted the same.

If you do want to back the project, the Eye case is available for a Super Early Bird pledge of $95, with prices going up for 4G connectivity. But if you draw a comparison, according to the listing, Eye would probably take over in terms of the additionally features that it offers. While the project has yet to comment on what kind of internal specs the Eye will have, but given the $189 price point, which is about Rs 12,500, that is how much a decently good Android device like Xiaomi Redmi Note 4, Asus Zenfone 3s Max or a Lenovo P2 would cost. The case won't be ready to ship until August or September of this year.
