Raisman struggles most with the uneven bars, and her parents were in agony watching her compete on them during Sunday's Olympic qualifying competition.

The action will continue on Tuesday, where the US women will look to defend their gold medal at the team all-around final, and you can bet your bottom dollar the Raisman's will be there to defend their gold medal for world's best parents. It's hard to say *exactly* what the couple does while watching Raisman do her thing.

The 22-year-old gymnast's mom Lynn and dad Rick watched from the stands and couldn't help but squirm in their seats as they saw her perform her routine. They lean forward, then back. It's just so magnified.

Ms Raisman is able to see the amusing side of her parents antics after the 2012 clip went viral and again after her performance at Rio where her parents did not disappoint.

What's more nerve-wracking than competing in the Olympics?

And this isn't the first time the Raismans have reacted this way.

Within moments Lynn and Rick Raisman weren't just the parents of an wonderful Olympic gymnast. Every single twist and turn. Aly finishes her routine and Lynn and Rick get up and cheer. "But whatever she was doing I want her to have the best outcome".

It comes after Lynn shared pictures of her US themed manicure and pet dog getting into the Olympic spirit online.
